After removing sunspots, some shadows remain. Is there anything I can do to reduce their appearance?

The dark shadows that remain after the sun has shed. This occurs when the patient's skin responds to inflammation by producing excessive melanin (PIH), which the doctor emphasized. It's not as difficult to cure as you might think. But you just need to do three things simultaneously: 1) Apply a strong sunscreen with SPF 50+ PA+++ every day diligently. — This is the most important point. If you miss this, everything else will be in vain. 2) Use skincare products that contain ingredients to help reduce pigmentation. For example, azelaic acid, niacinamide, vitamin C, or tranexamic acid, as directed by your doctor. 3) If necessary, additional procedures such as pico-laser treatment can be performed at appropriate intervals, usually once or twice a month (2-3 times), with ongoing monitoring of symptoms. Follow the recommended self-care instructions and the scars will fade noticeably.
