Preparation before and after the procedure. D' Lovevery Clinic
⚠️ Guidelines for all procedures.
Before receiving the service.

- stunned: Alcoholic beverages should be avoided 24 hours prior to the procedure.
- inform: Inform your doctor immediately about any drug allergies, pre-existing medical conditions, or pregnancy/breastfeeding.

(Covers: Botox for jaw reduction, face lifting, wrinkle reduction)
- Before (Preparation): Avoid alcohol to reduce the chance of bruising.
- After (after the procedure):
- Gently move the muscles at the injection site for the first 30 minutes to help the medication spread.
- Avoid lying down for the first 4 hours after the injection.
- Avoid saunas, sitting in front of a barbecue grill, or any extremely hot surface for 2 weeks.
- ❌ Things patients often overlook: Inadvertently massaging the injection site, or getting a facial massage immediately after the procedure (can cause the medication to spread to unwanted areas).

- Before (Preparation): If you have herpes or acne in the area where the injection will be given, please treat it beforehand.
- After (after the procedure):
- Drink plenty of water (2-3 liters/day) during the first 2 weeks to help the filler plump up nicely.
- Absolutely refrain from pressing, massaging, or shaping the hair yourself.
- Avoid extreme heat (laser/sauna) for 2 weeks.
- ❌ Things patients often overlook: Avoid drinking alcohol or smoking heavily in the initial period (this can slow down swelling reduction and prevent the filler from absorbing properly), and avoid resting your chin on your hand or wearing glasses that press against your skin (especially after rhinoplasty/chin surgery).

Injectable skin stimulation group (Biostimulator & Skin Booster)
(Including: Sculptra, Radiesse, Ultracol, AesTheFill, Gouri, Rejuran, Plinest, Made, Mesotherapy for radiant skin)
Separate specific procedures:
- Sculptra / Gouri: Facial massages must be performed according to the doctor's instructions (e.g., the Triple 5 rule: massage for 5 minutes, 5 times/day, for 5 consecutive days). Very important!
- Rejuran / Plinest / Made: There will be raised needle marks. No massage needed. The bumps will subside on their own within 24-48 hours.
General guidelines:
- Before (Preparation): Avoid wearing heavy makeup or harsh facial scrubs before your appointment.
- After (after the procedure):
- Avoid washing your face with plain water for the first 4-6 hours (to prevent infection from the needle site).
- Avoid wearing makeup for the first 24 hours.
- Always moisturize your skin.
- ❌ Things patients often overlook:
- Sculptra: Too lazy to massage my face (can cause lumps under the skin).
- Rejuran: Worrying too much about the bump led me to press or squeeze it.
Thread Lift Group
(Includes: Thread lift for skin tightening, thread lift for nose)
- Before (Preparation): Wash your hair thoroughly before the treatment (because it might be difficult to wash it again initially).
- After (after the procedure):
- Take pain relievers/anti-inflammatory medication strictly as prescribed by your doctor.
- Apply a cold compress for the first 1-2 days.
- Avoid opening your mouth wide (laughing broadly/taking large bites/having dental work done) for 2-4 weeks.
- ❌ Things patients often overlook: If you accidentally sleep on your side or stomach (causing suture displacement or uneven facial swelling), you should sleep with your head elevated on a pillow.
High Energy Devices (Lifting and Tightening Devices)
(Covering: Ulthera, Thermage, HIFU)
- Before (Preparation): Get enough rest. If you are afraid of pain, inform the staff so they can apply the numbing cream for longer.
- After (after the procedure):
- You can apply makeup and go about your life as normal immediately.
- Focus on applying sunscreen and moisturizer.
- If you experience tenderness under the skin (like an internal bruise), it's normal and will resolve on its own in 1-2 weeks.
- ❌ Things patients often overlook: Thinking it didn't hurt anymore, I didn't apply moisturizer, causing my skin to become drier than usual, and then immediately had another hot laser treatment (I should have waited 2-4 weeks).
Laser skin resurfacing for removing sunspots, melasma, and moles.
💎 Post-Treatment Instructions: Sunspot Removal Program
For best results and to minimize the risk of irritation, please follow these instructions.
1. Possible symptoms after the procedure (normal symptoms).
- Slightly reddened skin: This may occur during the first 1–3 days.
- Skin feel: You may feel a slight warmth or stinging sensation on your skin during the first 1-3 days.
- Skin peeling: Some minor peeling may occur within 3–7 days.
- The mark darkens temporarily: The marks may appear darker initially before gradually fading.
- ⚠️ Precautions: If you experience severe swelling, a rash, or intense burning, contact the clinic immediately.
2. Care during the first 48 hours (critical period).
- Caring for silicone sheets: Do not remove the silicone sheet before the 14-day period is complete.
- 1-3 days If lymphatic fluid seeps out, it is normal. The silicone sheet contains nourishing and sun-protective ingredients and will safely absorb the lymphatic fluid without harm.
- Keep it dry: Try to keep the silicone sheet from getting wet as little as possible.
- Avoid direct sunlight. And refrain from scrubbing or exfoliating your skin or face.
- Products to avoid: Avoid using products containing alcohol, AHA/BHA, retinol, or high concentrations of vitamin C.
- Cleansing and moisturizing: Wash your face with a gentle cleanser and apply moisturizer regularly to maintain hydration.

- Reapply every 4 hours. When exposed to sunlight or outdoors.
- Protective equipment: Wear a hat, a mask, or use an umbrella when outdoors.
- Avoid heat: For example, going to a sauna or spending a lot of time in the sun.
4. Additional tips for healthy skin.
- Drink clean water: Drink 1.5–2 liters per day and get enough rest.
- Do not pick, scratch, or pull at the scabs: To prevent inflammation and dark spots.
- Follow the program consistently: Follow your doctor's instructions for best results.
💎 Pre- and Post-Co2 Laser Treatment Guidelines
- Before (Preparation): Avoid direct sunlight for at least one week before the procedure.
- After (after the procedure):
- Avoid contact with water for the first 24 hours. (For CO2 or Pico type high-impact spark discharge)
- Apply the prescribed ointment/cream strictly and continuously for 7 days.
- Most importantly: Avoid direct sunlight and apply a thick layer of sunscreen once the scabs begin to fall off.
- put on makeup: If you have undergone CO2 laser treatment on your entire face, it is recommended to refrain from wearing makeup for the first 1-3 days.
- ❌ Things patients often overlook: Picking at scabs prematurely (causing dark spots or scars) and neglecting to apply sunscreen while indoors can be a mistake.
💎 Post-Treatment Instructions for PICOSECOND LASER (Acne Scar Reduction & Skin Brightening Mode)

- Apply moisturizer regularly to help reduce itching and keep skin hydrated and radiant.
- In cases where numerous acne scars are treated, apply... Antibiotic Ointment Thin in some areas First 1–2 days

Acne Extraction Group
- Before (Preparation): Avoid applying acne-dissolving medication (Benzoyl Peroxide/Retin-A) the night before squeezing the pimple to reduce irritation.
- After (after the procedure):
- Use saline solution to wipe your face instead of plain water on the first night.
- Apply antibacterial acne cream to the area where you squeezed the pimple.
- Avoid applying makeup over pressure marks for 24 hours.
- ❌ Things patients often overlook: Going home and not washing your face properly, or touching the marks you squeezed, can cause acne to become inflamed again.
Skin vitamin injection group (IV Drip / Vitamin Injection)
(Covers: Vitamin drips for radiant skin, allergy relief, health benefits, and skin whitening injections)
- Before (Preparation):
- important: Always eat before starting; do not skip meals (to prevent dizziness or low blood sugar).
- Drinking enough water helps dilate blood vessels, making it easier to locate an IV line.
- After (after the procedure):
- Drink plenty of clean water (2-3 liters) to help circulate vitamins and flush out waste.
- If bruising occurs at the piercing site, apply a cold compress for the first 24 hours.
- ❌ Things patients often overlook:
- Doing this on an empty stomach or after very little sleep (risks fainting/vaso-vagal reaction during vitamin administration).
- Inadvertently massaging the injection site too hard immediately after the procedure can cause blood vessels to rupture and result in extensive bruising.
Weight Loss Pen Group
(Includes: Saxenda, Ozempic, Wegovy and other weight loss pen brands)
- Before (Preparation):
- Important Note: Do not use if you have a history of thyroid cancer, pancreatitis, or are pregnant/breastfeeding.
- If this is your first time using the device, allow approximately 15-20 minutes for instructions on how to use it from the nurse.
- After (Care and behavior modification):
- Storage: Before opening, store in the refrigerator (normal compartment, 2-8 degrees Celsius). After opening, it can be stored at room temperature (not exceeding 30 degrees Celsius) or refrigerated, but never freeze.
- Eating: Focus on eating high-protein foods, dividing your meals into smaller portions, chewing thoroughly, and stopping immediately when you start to feel full.
- Side effects: If you feel nauseous, sip some cold water or eat something slightly sour. The symptoms will gradually improve as your body gets used to the medication.
- ❌ Things patients often overlook:
- Adjusting medication dosage too quickly or too hastily: Not following the doctor's schedule caused severe and unbearable nausea and vomiting.
- Injection in the late evening: Taking it out of the refrigerator and spraying it immediately will hurt more than usual (it's best to let it sit for a while to warm up before spraying).
- Forgot to change the stylus: Reusing needles increases the risk of infection and causes more pain.
For all injection programs, if you experience any severe abnormalities such as unusual pain, skin discoloration (darker/purple), or pus, please contact the clinic immediately.
