One of the most frequently asked questions doctors receive from patients is: "Doctor, should we start facial treatments early on, or should we let nature take its course?"
There is "no single right answer for everyone" to this question, and as a cosmetic doctor, let me be frank.
It's more important to start with your own "needs" and "happiness."

Ask yourself these 3 questions.
- Are you happy with what you see in the mirror right now?
- If you make some changes, do you think you'll truly be happier, or are you just following a trend?
- How well are you prepared to handle the long-term consequences, continuity, or burdens that may follow such a change?
Happiness comes with not doing anything, and happiness also comes with doing anything (if you understand).
Whichever path you choose.
- If you choose to embrace your natural appearance, understanding and accepting all the changes that come with time, then try to embrace your own unique value and charm.
- If you choose to undergo cosmetic surgery or other procedures, start with a true understanding. Don't do it simply because someone is hyping it up or because you feel insecure due to what others say.
The important thing is to “acknowledge the pros and cons” and “know that this needs attention and may need to be repeated.” If you’re okay with it, happiness will be yours.

This is similar to "taking care of your physical health."
- exercise
Many people start running, walking, lifting weights, and exercising at a young age, not just to have a good physique today, but to maintain strength, prevent falls, and stay healthy in old age. No one sees exercise as going against nature, when in reality, we are challenging the body's normal systems to achieve our health goals. - Facial care or cosmetic procedures.
It's actually quite similar — we might choose to apply sunscreen, get treatments, opt for fillers, Botox, etc., as a form of "self-care" that makes each person feel confident and happy, just like exercising. It's not necessary for everyone to "go as far as surgery," but if you do consider it, you need to understand the nature of the process: any changes may require ongoing maintenance and repair.

Which option should we choose?
- Letting nature take its course means you can't escape the reality of change.
- Choosing the right way to care for yourself can help you "enhance" your health or appearance as you desire.
- The important thing is to "choose based on understanding" and "choose within limits that suit your mind and body."
