My first time getting filler injections was a bit confusing.
Today, Admin DeeDee would like to share another interesting case from D'Lovevery Clinic. This case involves a woman who had problems with dark circles, wrinkles, and prominent under-eye lines. She had this problem since she started working. She noticed something strange on her lower eyelids; the skin initially appeared layered, and this gradually became more pronounced. Unsure how to fix it, she let it go on for a long time until it became as noticeable as you can see in the picture. She researched various possibilities, including the belief that late nights contributed to the problem, and that a flat face lacking support for the under-eye area made it prone to puffiness. Despite receiving conflicting information, she remained hesitant. This was her first decision to consider under-eye filler injections.

Problems encountered in this case.
- The area under the eyes looks dark and tired.
- The grooves under my eyes are quite deep.
- Flat cheekbones make the face look tired.
Day of service at D'Lovevery Clinic
The atmosphere at the clinic was warm and friendly. The woman received a detailed explanation of the procedure. Beforehand, she had several concerns, but Dr. Tar recommended starting with the most important area, the under-eye area, because it's the biggest problem that makes the face look tired and older.
Injecting filler under the eyes
Under-eye filler This service fills in deep wrinkles, reduces dark circles, and instantly refreshes the face after injection. There are minimal needle marks, little downtime, and visible results from the first session.

Who is this program suitable for?

- For those who want their face to look instantly brighter.
- For those who have never had filler injections and are concerned about a natural look.
- People who want safe facial fillers performed by a specialist doctor.

Why do some cases show dark circles only around the inner corners of the eyes?
Dark circles under the eyes, particularly noticeable in the inner corners, are a very common problem among Thai and Asian people. These dark circles can be caused by several factors, which may be a single cause or a combination of factors, including:
- heredity The skin and bone structure around the inner corner of the eye may be deeper than elsewhere, making dark circles more visible.
- Subcutaneous blood vessels The area around the inner corner of the eye has many blood vessels or capillaries. When the skin in this area becomes thinner or clearer, the blood vessels become visible and a dark shadow appears.
- Skin pigmentation (Hyperpigmentation) Some people have increased pigment accumulation around the inner corners of their eyes, resulting in localized dark circles.
- Under-eye bags and fat structure. Bags under the eyes, or fat under the inner corners of the eyes, can create a shadow that makes the area appear darker than other areas.
- Allergies or rubbing your eyes. People with allergies or who chronically rub their eyes may experience irritation of the thin skin around the inner corner of the eye, making dark circles particularly noticeable.
Why do some people only have inner corners of their eyes?Because everyone's bone and fat structure under the eyes is different, people with deep-set eye bones, thin skin, or more pigment accumulation at the inner corners of their eyes will have more pronounced dark circles, while the middle or outer corners of their eyes will appear brighter.
What were the results?
- I received 2 cc of filler under my eyes, 1 cc on each side.
- The results are visible immediately after the injection. The under-eye area is fuller, the wrinkles have disappeared, and the eyes look noticeably brighter.
- The results last for 8-12 months.
- Return for follow-up treatment with your doctor regularly.

How to take care of yourself afterward.
- Avoid massaging or applying strong pressure under the eyes.
- Apply a gentle cold compress to reduce swelling.
- Avoid alcoholic beverages and heat for the first 48 hours.
- I returned for my follow-up appointment with the doctor.
Things to know before getting under-eye fillers.
- You should choose a clinic with doctors who specialize in the field.
- Only genuine fillers approved by the Thai FDA are accepted.
- Do not administer injections to anyone without a license.
- The clinic or doctor must open the box/inspect the filler in front of you before every procedure. Check the model and the expiration date.
