This was my first time here, after spending a lot of time choosing between several places. I decided to try this place because of the excellent reviews, and it was exactly as described in the reviews: 1. The doctor performed the procedure herself; she was very gentle, calm, and friendly. 2. The doctor and staff applied the numbing cream thoroughly and were present during the laser treatment. This ensured they didn't accidentally treat areas not covered by numbing cream. 3. They apply numbing cream very generously, covering the entire face and neck, including eyelids, nose, and hairline. They apply it thickly to be safe. 4. The service from all staff was excellent, which is very important. 5. They didn't hard-sell anything. 6. They offered a touch-up for skin tags within one month, free of charge. 7. The place is clean. As for the results, how long they last, and whether the skin tags will reappear, we'll have to wait and see. I'll update later.
