What is acne dissolving medication?

This product is suitable for skin prone to acne, clogged pores, and blackheads. Its main ingredient is benzoyl peroxide (BP), which inhibits the growth of the bacteria Cutibacterium acnes (also known as Propionibacterium acnes, P. acnes) that reside in the sebaceous glands and hair follicles, a major cause of acne. In addition, BP helps reduce pore blockage by stimulating exfoliation of the outer layer of skin, making it easier for clogged pores to loosen and helping to prevent new acne breakouts.

  1. Remove all makeup before use. If you are not wearing makeup, wash your face once with plain water.
  2. Apply before washing your face, twice a day, in the morning and before bed.
  3. Initially, leave it on for 5 minutes. If you don't experience any stinging, you can increase the time to 10-15 minutes.
  4. Once the allotted time is up, wash your face with facial foam or wash your face as usual.
  5. It can be used to treat inflamed acne by applying it to swollen, red, or pus-filled pimples after washing your face in the morning and before bed.
