Job details
- Assisting the physician during medical procedures.
- Prepare instruments and medical supplies to be clean and ready for use.
- Create an outpatient registration (OPD) page.
- Check the schedule and register customers.
- Maintain the cleanliness and order of the clinic.
- Other tasks as assigned
- Prepare medications, check medication stock, and provide information on procedure prices or clinic promotions.
- Provide guidance before and after the procedure.
- Track customer service usage.
Minimum Requitrement
- Female, age not exceeding 40 years, Registered Nurse (with a professional license).
- Working 6 days/week, 5 days off/month.
- Possesses a good personality, is calm, has strong communication skills, and enjoys providing service.
- Good personality, polite, well-mannered, and cheerful.
- They have good, clear communication skills.
- Passionate about customer service, possesses a service-minded attitude, is diligent, patient, and responsible.
- Able to handle documentation and possess basic computer skills (POS).
- Experience as an outpatient (OPD) nurse or in a cosmetic surgery clinic will be considered an advantage.
