HArmonyCa® is a hybrid filler that combines HA and CaHA to provide immediate lifting results and stimulate long-term collagen production.
Suitable for those with many wrinkles on the sides of the face and in front of the ears, especially when smiling.
Injecting it into the superficial layers of the skin carries a lower risk of complications compared to other types of fillers.
One treatment uses two vials of HArmonyCa® (2 x 1.2 ml) and can be repeated after 6–12 months.
It can be used in combination with other treatments such as Botox and Profhilo, but an appropriate waiting period is required.
Common but manageable side effects include redness, swelling, tenderness, and itching at the injection site.
The treatment is performed using a blunt-tipped cannula, which is safer and less painful than using a sharp needle.

How does HArmonyCa work?

HA provides immediate lifting effects that last for over a year, while CaHA stimulates collagen production gradually and for a longer period, improving skin structure and firmness for longer than HA. The result is smoother skin, reduced fine lines and wrinkles on the sides of the face. New collagen fibers may begin to appear as early as one week after treatment. Additionally, the product contains lidocaine, which provides immediate numbing to the treated area, making the treatment more comfortable for patients.
