I'm getting acne only on my cheeks. Why is that, doctor?

When these three come together, a wild party erupts in our pores. But do you know what triggers this party? These are the things we encounter in our daily lives.

• Cell phones: The culprit that likes to bring bacteria to hide on our cheeks.
• Pillowcases, worn-out pillows, worn-out blankets: These are the worst offenders; they harbor a lot of germs.
• Problematic hormones: They tend to cause the skin to produce excessive oil.
• Delicious food can sometimes trigger acne.
• Stress: The more stressed you are, the more likely you are to get acne!

Try to observe what is significant enough to initially cause your acne without needing to consult a doctor. However, if the acne becomes inflamed or flares up, you need to address the symptoms. But don't forget to find the root cause of your acne so you can get rid of it completely.
